No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship. Responsibilities Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and team members. Represent client brands at promotional campaigns and live marketing events. Build positive relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Support marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Assist with event coordination and promotional activities. Collaborate with leadership to achieve campaign goals and business objectives. Participate in daily training sessions focused on communication, leadership, and professional development. Maintain a positive, energetic, and solution-oriented attitude. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Organized, dependable, and eager to learn. Customer service, hospitality, retail, communications, or sales experience is a plus but not required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
