Job Summary

Under general supervision, assists in the preparation and serving of food in the school cafeteria; cleans kitchen equipment, utensils, and work area. This classification is distinguished from the Nutrition Service Assistant in that it includes lead responsibility for a satellite school operation receiving and serving bulk food. Performs other related duties as assigned.
