Responsibilities and Qualifications: Must have extensive knowledge of the sport and the ability to effectively teach and communicate fundamental skills. Must have at least 2 - 4 years of coaching experience working with children and/or adolescents; coaching at the high school level preferred. A strong understanding of the sport’s theory and practice is required; experience as a player or coach at the high school or collegiate level is preferred. Must demonstrate the personal qualities necessary to foster sportsmanship and support student-athlete success in a positive and encouraging environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, along with a proven ability to build relationships with student-athletes, parents, staff, and school administration.
