Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to provide temporary maternity leave coverage from late October through July. The role will focus on influencer strategy across the Health and Home categories , supporting related marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support influencer marketing strategies across the Health and Home categories.
- Manage influencer-related initiatives and strategic partnership activities.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, partners, and external agencies.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, talent teams, and external agencies.
- Manage relationships and coordinate deliverables across multiple internal teams and external partners.
- Support agency partnerships, including collaboration with agencies such as A Thousand Heads.
- Travel domestically as needed to support events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong strategic marketing background.
- Proven experience with contract negotiation.
- Strong experience managing influencer-related initiatives.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with external agencies and partners.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships, deliverables, and priorities.
- Must be based in New York City .
- Frequent domestic travel may be required to support events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
