Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required (may be required by client).
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with restorative therapy programs and documentation preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

• M-F, 1 weekend rotation per month
