Customer Service Associate

Description Do you love helping customers and keeping the details in order? We’re looking for a C ustomer Service Associate

to join our team and handle all facets of customer service that support our testing process. For 25 years, Dyne has been an independent testing laboratory providing quick, reliable, and independent analysis, partnering with building owners and their designated representatives to fulfill the NFPA 25 inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) requirements for fire protection. We’re known for our in-depth technical competence, outstanding customer service, and extremely fast delivery of test results. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers, keeping reports, invoices, and sample kits moving on time. What You’ll Do: • Send test reports to customers within the specified timeline. • Send invoices to customers within the specified timeline. • Laminate and mail test tags. • Answer incoming customer calls and emails, and follow up as needed. • Answer customer questions received through LiveChat on the Dyne website. • Receive and process customer requests for sample kits. • Work with customers by phone and email to retain their business with Dyne. • Perform additional duties as requested by the Customer Service Manager. Skills We’re Looking For: • Excellent communication skills, including respectful communication with co-workers, customers, and vendors. • Careful attention to detail. • Strong time management and the ability to multitask across multiple projects simultaneously. • The ability to put the customer first and be a team player. • A positive, can-do attitude. What You Bring: • Associate’s degree preferred, but not required. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel. • Experience with UPS WorldShip and a postal meter is helpful. • Database experience is helpful, but not required (Microsoft Access is used). • Familiarity with ISO quality systems is helpful, but not required. • QuickBooks experience is helpful, but not required. • HubSpot experience is helpful, but not required.
