Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide empathetic, evidence-informed rehabilitation services within a faith-oriented, patient-focused atmosphere. In this position, you will:
- Assess patients' conditions and needs.
- Create tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing function, mobility, and overall quality of life.
- Implement therapeutic interventions effectively.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care through electronic medical records (EMR).
