The right fit brings: A warm, welcoming, and genuinely personable presence Dependability and punctuality Coachability and a real appetite to learn and grow alongside the team Adaptability and composure when the day demands it Outstanding communication the ability to meet patients where they are with honesty and compassion The maturity to give and receive feedback productively A deep, evident commitment to the patient experience What You Will Do Perform comprehensive patient assessments medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging Deliver a full range of general dentistry: cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontic procedures Take on advanced procedures including implant placement, clear aligner therapy, socket preservation, and guided bone regeneration Connect with patients and team members through a steady, reassuring chairside manner Collaborate and communicate respectfully with our current team Educate patients on prevention, maintenance, and post-treatment care that supports long-term oral health Our Clinical Environment Practice management software: Eaglesoft CEREC: chairside design and same-day milling 3D printing: in-house, fully integrated into our workflows Digital dentistry: intraoral scanning and digital records throughout Clear aligner therapy: offered in-house Experience & Qualifications DDS or DMD, with active North Carolina licensure (or eligibility to obtain it) Demonstrated proficiency across general dentistry procedures Experience in a clinical dental practice and comfort with practice management software (we use Eaglesoft) Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with patients while maintaining professionalism and compassion Clinical strengths we especially value: implant placement, clear aligners, intraoral scanning, and CEREC design and milling #J-18808-Ljbffr
