Treetop ABA has officially expanded into Maryland, and we're excited to welcome our first BCBA clinicians to the region! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization as we establish and build our presence in the state-while still benefiting from a strong clinical infrastructure, supportive leadership, and a hybrid service model.
If you're a BCBA who values: high clinical and ethical standards, layers of clinical and operation support balanced with independence and autonomy, meaningful client impact, and the ability to help shape growth in a new market, we'd love to connect.
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress toward goals
- Supervise, coach, and support RBTs
- Partner with families to promote generalization and consistency
- Complete documentation and uphold ethical, payer, and clinical standards
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification
- Active Maryland LBA
- Experience providing ABA services in in-home or hybrid environments
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
- A client-centered, outcome-based approach to care
