Transportation Supervisor Location: Concord, NC Schedule: Monday – Friday (Hours TBD; weekly travel to Gastonia, NC required) Pay: $18 - $20 per hour About Pyramid Healthcare Pyramid Healthcare is a leading provider of behavioral healthcare services, committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in recovery. We are seeking a dedicated Transportation Supervisor to join our team in Concord, NC, overseeing our transportation operations across multiple locations. Position Summary The Transportation Supervisor will manage and oversee all transportation staff, including drivers in Concord, Freedom, and remote locations across North Carolina. This role ensures safe, efficient, and effective transportation services for clients while supporting the operational needs of the Transportation Department. Key Responsibilities Recruit, orient, train, and schedule transportation staff, ensuring adequate coverage. Supervise drivers, modeling safe driving practices and adherence to Pyramid Healthcare standards. Respond to transportation inquiries and emergency situations as needed. Maintain and complete all required departmental reports and documentation. Determine efficient routes and ensure driver availability to meet program needs. Attend meetings and participate in training and development activities. Lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary and work independently with minimal supervision. Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations. Technical Competencies Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Familiarity with basic auto repairs. Knowledge of CARF standards and compliance requirements. Ability to plan routes efficiently and manage transportation logistics. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in transportation supervision or related field preferred but not required. Team player with strong communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to safety.
