Reports To: Michelle Rethman Organization and Location: This position is located at 601 E. College Drive, Winnebago, NE, 68071 Purpose of Position: The Library Intern will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the Library. Job Responsibilities The position is for four (4) hours per day, five (5) days per week, for a total of twenty (20) hours per week. Must be able to work between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Ability to work independently through a list of tasks. Needs to be a team player-working together to support the college mission. Needs to be a team player-working together to support the college mission. Work on assigned special projects. Maintain CONFIDENTIALITY of the department. All records, especially student records, are to be held in strict confidence according to LPTC’s Privacy Policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Assist department with other duties as assigned Qualifications Student must be enrolled at Little Priest Tribal College Student must maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average Student must be eligible for the Federal Work-Study or Project Success Internship program Travel: NONE Condition of Employment This is a 100% on-site position. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background screen. Must be able to pass a drug screening.
