If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Internal Audit team.Responsibilities:Conduct or support completion of complex internal audits in a highly technical environment with an objective mindset and appropriate level of professional skepticismDevelop engagement planning documentation, including rationale for scoping decisions and develop risk-based audit programs to ensure adequate coverage of risksEffectively communicate information and audit execution status to the internal Audit (IA) managementParticipate with Internal Audit management in the overall evaluation of results of audits, and draft or edit audit reports for accuracy, clarity, and concisenessProvide supervision, coaching, and training to associates; seek and provide upward feedbackAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to contribute to KPMG's respectful and high-performing work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience in internal audit or risk management experienceBachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university; Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), (or equivalent) certification is preferredWorking knowledge of internal audit and risk management methodologies and frameworks; proficient in various auditing and analytical tools, including audit management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to positively influence, mentor, and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team membersStrong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamworkTravel will be required up to twenty-five percentApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
