Senior Analyst – Real Estate Finance
A privately held real estate investment organization looking to add a Senior Analyst to its Finance team.
This is a highly analytical opportunity for someone who enjoys getting beyond the numbers and using financial and operating data to help drive strategic business decisions.
The Senior Analyst will work across a diverse real estate portfolio and partner closely with senior team members on financial planning, portfolio analysis, modeling, reporting, and investment-related decision support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Analyze financial and operating performance across the portfolio
- Evaluate strategic and investment-related opportunities
- Support financing and portfolio performance analysis
- Prepare quarterly and ad hoc reporting for leadership
- Work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Prior real estate industry experience required
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with sensitivity analysis and large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
