Sunaura Solar is a top solar energy service provider in Texas, we are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our B2B team. The ideal candidate must possess a passion for sustainable energy and have a proven track record for inside sales success.

This role involves utilizing outbound strategies to build partnerships with potential roofing partners for our residential and commercial Solar services . Manage customer relationships for repeat sales and be their point of contact in between projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to introduce our services.
• Efficiently qualify leads and identify customer needs using our qualification process.
• Price projects and negotiate quotes with potential partners.
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
• Utilize HubSpot or other CRM tools to track customer interactions, update information, and manage leads.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical sales or inside sales roles
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in using HubSpot or other CRM software is preferred
• Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is a plus
• Ability to understand market trends and effectively communicate product features and benefits
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $55,000-65,000
• Commission: 8-10% of collected revenue on qualified business you personally source, manage, and close
• Target Earnings: $120,000 to $150,000+
