Recovery Navigator & Peer Support Specialist
MLK Community Healthcare
MLK Community Healthcare in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide peer-based guidance, advocacy, and navigation for behavioral health patients and families. The role emphasizes engagement in services, addressing barriers to care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team on the EMPATH unit.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of peer support experience, a valid BLS, basic computer skills, and preferably EMR experience.
