OB/GYN Hospitalist

Job Specialty: Hospitalist - OB

Job Duration: Permanent, Full-time

Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts, 7-8 per month for full-time status. Will consider someone who wants to work a minimum of 6 shifts per month.

Experience: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN required

License: California license required, or willing to obtain

Certifications: Board Certified, Board Eligible in OB/GYN

Must-Have:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• CA license (or willing to obtain)
• OB Hospitalist work experience
• Full-time or part-time employment interest
• Willingness to relocate or already living in the area
• J1 or H1B visa support requirement

Job Description:

• Attend deliveries, OB triage, patient evaluation/management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, and ER coverage
• Affiliated with maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology for high-risk patients
• Teaching opportunities with fellows, residents, and medical students
• Permanent, full-time position requiring residency within the local area
• Oversee a Level-III NICU
