Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Covina, CA Pay Package: $1,400 Weekly Gross Pay Contract length: 13-Week Contract Start Date: July 27, 2026 (estimated)
We are currently seeking two compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs/LPNs) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment with Elwyn Residential Care in Covina, California.

Opening #1
- Monday Friday
- 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Opening #2
- Wednesday Sunday
- 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- 13-week contract assignment
Job Duties
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes to the care team
- Assist with care planning and resident assessments
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
- Support residents with a compassionate, patient-centered approach

Compensation
- Pay Rate: $38/hour
- Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,400
- Overtime available in accordance with facility needs and applicable labor laws
Requirements
- Active California LVN/LPN License
- Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Current BLS certification preferred
