Description The Animal Care Center is seeking a Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our team! *This position is Part-Time with the possibility of becoming Full-Time* Our ideal candidate: Self-motivated Works well on a team Organized and detail oriented Possesses superior customer service skills Loves pets and their people Must be able to lift 30lbs Basic math and writing skills Responsibilities include: Interacting with clients and coordinating communication between doctors, assistants and the clients Providing top-notch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needs Answer and triage phone calls from clients Schedule appointments and procedures, monitor client flow from check-in to check out Discharge patients Managing record and medication refill requests, client education Assisting in keeping our hospital clean Why work at Animal Care Center?
