We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.ResponsibilitiesProactively builds solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs, by interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.Crafting and sending recruiting emails.Execute sourcing searches (cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals etc.), managing candidate experience through the sourcing process.Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographics as appropriate to enable Recruitment Manager and Business Managers to be best informed on market conditions.Develop recruitment campaigns for specific vacancies to provide diverse pools/pipelines of high quality candidatesScreen candidates to determine availability, interest level, business unit needs, and qualificationsEstablish and maintain accurate and well documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, etc.Ensures compliance with all policiesAssist with special projects as neededAbility to navigate databases (Greenhouse experience a plus)Skills and Qualification Required1-3 years Engineering Recruiting experience, preferably in Engineering or other highly technical fieldsBachelor's degree requiredExperience in Greenhouse ATS preferredMicrosoft Office knowledgeVery good interpersonal and communication skills to use in a multicultural contextAutonomous and rigorous person with high technical interestAble to manage his/her own priorities while also being a team player keeping a focus on the company's interestsSalary: $60,000-70,000 with $1,000 per placement.The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, genetic information, or pregnancy.Please beware of job seeker scams and see this important notice on our careers page for more information about our recruiting process.Compliance Notice: Alten USA is a federal contractor subject to the requirements of the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) and Executive Order 11246.
