Schedule:

Monday Friday
Full-time coverage
Call Ratio: 1:6
Rotating night and weekend call

Practice Details:

Inpatient & Outpatient
Adult/Geriatric patients
Average clinic volume: 10 patients/day
Average inpatient census: patients/day
Work alongside another cardiologist and 4 APPs
APP supervision required
EMR: Epic

Required Procedures:

Electrocardiograms (EKGs)

Requirements:

Board Certified Cardiologist
Advanced Heart Failure (AHF) Fellowship
VAD/LVAD Certification & Experience (Required)
Active Virginia medical license
DEA
ACLS
Local provider preferred (mileage reimbursement only)
Current NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days)

Credentialing:

Estimated credentialing timeframe: 120 days
Temporary privileges available for qualified providers with a clean background.
