Receptionist at NW Expressway

As one of the largest credit unions in Oklahoma, we are looking for the perfect fit to connect with our members and visitors in the reception area by answering calls, assisting visitors and handling incoming correspondence.

Who You Are:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work cooperatively and courteously with members and co-workers.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy is a must.
• Ability to organize and prioritize duties to perform job functions in a timely manner.
• Project a professional image in speech and appearance for public contact.
• Able to work 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do:

• Answers switchboard calls and routes to appropriate party.
• Greets visitors, determines their purpose and relays to proper individual.
• Prepares and assembles mailings, sorts incoming mail for distribution and manages delivery of packages/items received.
• Produces and mails various credit union related letters.

Education and Experience:

• One year of similar experience in an office environment, preferably at a financial institution.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job required.
