Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for moving products within the facility, assisting in pulling and unloading shipments, and ensuring that products are adequately stocked for Operators to maintain the manufacturing flow. Your role will involve using forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods.
Responsibilities

• Move product within the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Assist in pulling and unloading shipments.
• Ensure products are filled up for Operators to maintain the flow of manufacturing.
• Operate machines to weave wire and assist on the shear when needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in forklift operation.
• Experience in material handling and warehouse operations.
• Ability to use RF scanners.
• One year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Capability to be trained on forklift operations or prior experience.
• Willingness to work 8 hours of overtime each week.

Work Environment
Join the 1st shift or 2nd shift teams, working from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and 2:30-11am Monday through Friday in a manufacturing facility focused on equipment for the mining industry.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Richmond, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
