Location: Home2 Suites by Hilton Roseville, MN
Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Weekend flexibility required
Pay: $18$20/hour, based on experience
Job Requirements
- Experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude
- Must be able to assist with snow removal, including snowblowing and shoveling
- Must be able to lift 30+ lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to help with general hotel maintenance and other tasks as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete repairs
- Conduct regular inspections on guest rooms, public areas, and equipment
- Fix plumbing leaks, electrical issues, lighting, kitchen appliances and assist with painting, drywall repair, flooring, etc.
- Maintain a safe environment for guests and associates
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
