Food Production Supervisor (Central Kitchen) Position Food Production Supervisor (Central Kitchen) Summary Our client, a growing multi-entertainment company, is launching Central Kitchens to support Japanese Food Halls across future U.S. locations. We are seeking a hands‑on Food Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficient operations. Essential Duties Coordinate daily production (processing, freezing, packing) Monitor workflow, productivity, and on‑time output Ensure compliance with food safety & sanitation standards Follow and enforce recipes, portioning, and labeling procedures Manage inventory flow (FIFO) and material movement Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage, and equipment Provide on‑shift leadership and direction to team members Report and elevate operational issues as needed Working Hours, Working Style Full‑time, Shift‑based (Non‑Exempt) Working Location Downey, CA Salary/Benefit $23/hr–24/hr Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO Qualifications Experience in food production or commercial kitchen (lead/senior level preferred) Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent management experience Leadership, communication skill, problem solving ability, and flexibility Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) preferred Ability to work in fast‑paced, hot/cold environments Food safety certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr The Quick USA, Inc
