and scenario analysisAssist with carrier strategy development, including rate structures, accessorial frameworks, surcharge management, and pricing governanceEvaluate carrier proposals and lane-level pricing using parcel and LTL analytics, benchmark data, and cost modeling toolsServe as the transportation solution and pricing authority in customer discussions, and executive reviewsCustomer Solutions & Value PropositionAct as a key customer partner and solution expert with strong commercial and analytical credibilityQuantify solution value through cost-to-serve, network analysis and bringBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Analytics, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or contract logistics, with deep exposure to data-driven solution design, pricing and realization3+ years of experience within a 3PL environment, supporting large-scale customer solutions, with a focus on transportation and distributionProven experience designing and implementing solutions for complex tenders with hands-on parcel and LTL pricing responsibilityStrong understanding of parcel and LTL pricing structures, including rate cards,
