Dental AssistantOur client is seeking a Dental Assistant to provide support in a fast-paced community dental setting. This full-time position in Trenton, NJ, offers an excellent opportunity for those interested in expanding their skills in a collaborative healthcare environment, working Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include chairside assisting, sterilization, radiography, patient scheduling, and administrative support, utilizing various healthcare management systems.• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments according to safety standards. • Maintain operatory readiness and infection control procedures. • Escort and seat patients, verifying identity and medical history. • Take diagnostic digital radiographs. • Assist dentists during procedures and ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply ordering. • Support front desk operations including scheduling and fee collection.• High school diploma required; completion of a dental assisting program preferred. • Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred. • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred. • Current CPR/BLS certification required. • Current New Jersey Radiological License required. • Ambulatory Surgery Technician Certification required. • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
