About the Role:

As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, promoting independence and dignity while ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. You will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver excellent patient-centered care, addressing the unique needs of each individual.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Perform vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Record patient data and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Collaborate with occupational, physical, and speech therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans
