Company Description Two River Theater, founded in 1994, is dedicated to creating great American theater by developing and producing work from leading artists across the country. Located in Red Bank, New Jersey, the theater is recognized as a vital cultural resource for the local community and the broader Monmouth County area. Each year, Two River Theater presents more than eight productions, including world premieres, musical, classics, and theater for young audiences, along with over 40 events throughout the region. Role Description The Individual Giving Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Red Bank, NJ, responsible for growing and stewarding individual donor relationships to support Two River Theater’s mission and programs. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Perform all work in a manner that is consistent with Two River’s core values,including our commitment to IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access); Direct and lead the Annual Fund campaigns (direct mail, email, and digital appeals); Manage the monthly giving program and donor stewardship programs; Maintain a donor pipeline for major giving; Coordinate donor communications and impact reporting; Analyze fundraising performance and donor trends; Manage reporting and supporting contributed revenue forecasting for Individual Giving; Oversee and coordinate the department’s individual donor communications in collaboration with the Two River Marketing team; Work collaboratively with the Associate Director of Individual Giving while demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently. COMPETENCIES & SKILLS Enthusiastic, personable, and passionate about theater and the arts; Demonstrated success managing annual fund campaigns or donor programs; Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; Excellent written, editing, and storytelling skills; Experience interpreting donor data, fundraising reports, and analytics to inform strategy; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and Word), SharePoint, and donor CRM/database systems. PREFERRED SKILLS Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com; Familiarity with CRM/database systems; and Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and reports. Annual Compensation $60,000-$63,000.
