You know HACCP. You know GMPs. And you know quality doesn’t happen from behind a desk.

We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Supervisor who enjoys being on the production floor, working with people, solving problems, and making sure food safety and quality standards are followed every day.

This role is ideal for someone with food manufacturing experience who understands HACCP, GMPs, food safety, and quality procedures , but also knows how to lead a team. You’ll supervise Quality employees, work closely with Production and Sanitation, and help make sure everyone understands that quality isn’t just the Quality Department’s job—it’s everyone's responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise, coach, and support Quality team members
• Monitor production to ensure HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality standards are consistently followed
• Spend significant time on the production floor identifying and addressing potential issues
• Perform and oversee quality checks, inspections, testing, and documentation
• Work directly with Production when products or processes fall outside specifications
• Investigate quality issues and help determine root causes and corrective actions
• Reinforce proper GMP and food safety practices with employees
• Assist with customer, regulatory, and third-party audits
• Maintain accurate quality and food safety records
• Help train employees on quality expectations and procedures
• Communicate quality concerns clearly to employees and leadership

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone with quality experience in food manufacturing who understands HACCP and GMP requirements and knows how those standards translate to the production floor.

You should also be comfortable leading people . That means setting expectations, coaching employees, addressing problems when they occur, and holding people accountable while maintaining a positive working relationship with the team.

Experience with food safety programs, quality inspections, audits, corrective actions, sanitation, root-cause analysis, and manufacturing documentation is strongly preferred.
