Candidates should have experience managing patients with high-risk conditions. Duties include assisting with both vaginal and Cesarean deliveries. Nurses are expected to perform assessments and provide education to new parents. Responsibilities also involve monitoring fetal heart rates and administering medications. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential for patient safety. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures. Attendance and punctuality are crucial, with a limit of three absences during the contract. Flu vaccine compliance is mandatory.
