Senior Director, Brand Marketing Strategy

Summary The Senior Director, Brand Marketing Strategy leads go-to-market planning and campaign development across paid, owned and earned channels. Based in TriBeCa, New York with a hybrid working mode, this role translates brand strategy into cohesive campaign visions, steers cross-functional partners to execute launches, and optimizes audience reach and revenue performance. The role also briefs and oversees content tied to calendar moments and delivers real-time performance insights to enable in-flight optimizations. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product campaigns, aligning messaging, goals, and channel plans. Create channel-specific marketing strategies for paid, social, site, CRM, retail, loyalty, and other customer-facing channels. Lead campaign launches from inception to market entry, coordinating timelines and cross-functional teams to drive execution. Define product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Brand Strategy, Insights, and Creative teams. Serve as brand guardian to ensure creative and content deliver strategic messaging and cohesive look and feel. Partner with Strategic Analytics and agencies to build test/learn plans, extract insights, and optimize campaigns mid-flight. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance and recommend iterative improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record managing product launches and leading cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with deep understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
