This position involves delivering exceptional, patient-focused care to adults who are in the process of recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions. Administer medications and various treatments as prescribed. Develop and coordinate individualized care plans. Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other support staff. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Monitor patient progress and ensure safe discharge processes. Qualifications and Requirements Valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
