Maintenance Technician

Location: Worcester, MA Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignment Job Type: Full-Time / Temporary / Temp-to-Hire The Liberty Group is actively hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for current and upcoming opportunities throughout Worcester and the surrounding area . We are looking for dependable, hands-on maintenance professionals with experience in apartment communities, residential properties, facilities maintenance, or similar environments. Responsibilities may include: Apartment turns and make-readies Completing resident work orders Painting and drywall repair Basic plumbing repairs Basic electrical repairs Appliance troubleshooting General handyman and carpentry work Preventative maintenance Property and grounds upkeep Supporting onsite maintenance teams Ideal candidates will have: Previous apartment, multifamily, residential, or facilities maintenance experience Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills Reliable transportation Basic hand tools Professional communication skills Dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team EPA/HVAC certification is a plus for certain opportunities but is not required for every assignment. We have immediate and upcoming opportunities in the Worcester area , with assignments ranging from short-term coverage to longer-term and temp-to-hire positions.
