Acute Wound Healing Specialist Impact You’ll Make in this Role Serve as a consultative wound healing expert and primary point of contact for hospital wound care decision makers. Educate clinicians and support therapy adoption. Expand utilization of Solventum solutions and coordinate patient transition of care. Attend procedures and product placements in hospital care settings. Deliver sustainable business growth by achieving sales targets through effective account and territory management. Identify customer clinical, financial, and operational priorities and recommend appropriate solutions. Educate clinicians via product training, in‑servicing, and ongoing clinical support. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders. Use clinical and economic evidence to support therapy adoption, including advanced solutions and new product introductions. Influence key stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products. Provide responsive customer support and service. Demonstrate proficiency upon successful completion of the sales training program. Leverage company software and tools for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking. Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums. Driving Requirements Use of a personal vehicle for company business is required. Candidates must successfully complete a pre‑hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign‑off. Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be conducted. Your Skills and Expertise Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND two years of sales and/or clinical experience, OR High School Diploma/GED or higher AND four years of sales and/or clinical experience. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Current, valid driver’s license. Additional Qualifications Proven track record of sales quota and target attainment. Prior wound care or medical device sales experience. Demonstrated ability to establish strong customer relationships with key influencers, including surgeons and clinical decision makers. Experience with territory management and business planning. Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care settings. Customer‑focused selling and closing experience. Experience navigating complex selling cycles. Completion of a formal sales training program. Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce. Experience supporting new product introductions and navigating the value analysis process. Strong data and analytical skills. Additional Requirements May be required to enter healthcare or other third‑party facilities, which may require certain licenses, vaccinations, or other credentials. Solventum may share information with required providers to meet prerequisites to entry. Work Location Remote: Asheville, NC / Johnson City, TN. Field‑based role with up to 20% overnight travel anticipated. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Compensation range: $126,400-173,800 (base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible).
