• Install, replace, and upgrade residential plumbing systems
• Set fixtures including sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, faucets, and water heaters
• Run clean, code-compliant water, drain, and gas piping
• Problem-solve install challenges while keeping homes safe and spotless

• Deliver 5-star install experiences from start to finish

Requirements

• Minnesota Journeyman Plumber license preferred, not a dealbreaker
• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
• Strong customer service mindset
• Comfortable with change in a fast-growing company
• Takes ownership, works hard, and wants to keep leveling up

$50–$60/hour+
OR $100,000–$140,000+ annually — and yes, top performers blow past that.
