Recruiter – White Marsh, MD

$50,000 base + uncapped commission

4% on temp-to-perm placements · 5% on direct-hire placements

Our White Marsh branch (5022 Campbell Blvd A, Nottingham, MD 21236) is growing, and we’re anticipating high placement volume. We need a Recruiter who likes the phone, moves fast, and gets satisfaction from putting people to work.

What you’ll do

• Reach out to candidates in our database and on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
• Screen candidates and match them to open roles
• Onboard new hires from offer through first day: paperwork, compliance, and start-date follow-up
• Keep our ATS and candidate records accurate and up to date
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the desk running

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year in recruiting, staffing, sales, or another high-volume, people-facing role
• Comfortable making a high number of calls and messages daily
• Organized and detail-oriented with paperwork and data entry
• Clear, professional communicator by phone, text, and email
