Qualifications * Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed. * Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. * Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and customer management systems. * Willingness to learn vehicle product knowledge, sales processes, and dealership technology. * Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and maintain consistent follow-up. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. * Dependable, professional, and committed to working as part of a team. * Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including Saturdays.
