About Optima: Optima Medical is an Arizona-based medical group consisting of 34 locations and 150+ medical providers who care for more than 120,000 patients statewide. Our mission is to improve the quality of life throughout Arizona by helping communities "Live Better, Live Longer" through personalized healthcare, with a focus on preventing the nation's top leading causes of death. We go beyond primary care with a full spectrum of services including cardiovascular health services, behavioral health, allergy testing and immunotherapy, in-house lab testing, imaging, chronic disease management, and other specialty health services. Responsibilities Assist in planning, executing, and improving marketing campaigns across all channels. Monitor performance trends across campaigns and recommend optimizations. Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to deliver actionable insights. Coordinate all community events. Assist with social media accounts with strategic posting and engagement. Evaluate opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships on an ongoing basis. Attend local events, job fairs, and career fairs. Skills Marketing experience preferred. Strong analytic skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel. Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Positive, energetic attitude. Why join our team? Leadership and mentoring.
