Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, systems-fluent, and orchestration-focused AI Marketing Engineer to claim absolute technical ownership over the data models, cloud warehouses, and agentic workflows driving our global go-to-market architecture under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open across the United States. Shifting completely away from routine standalone non-regulated copy writing loops, generic website front-end canvas styling, or simple helpdesk ticket routing, you will establish a centralized marketing intelligence stack, automated pipeline telemetry, and live agent orchestration laboratory. Partnering face-to-face with the CEO, Head of Marketing, and Head of Sales, you will act as a system-wide force multiplier who dogfoods advanced AI capabilities to build an elite, highly automated growth machine. This position requires an engineering authority with 6+ years of history who guides marketing automation fluidly natively using AI Engineer and growth stack primitives, structures warehouse data layers inside Snowflake, wires up complex Claude-powered background agents, and engineers high-level analytical dashboards readable in under five minutes.

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic Workflow Orchestration: Design, deploy, and maintain robust, automated internal agents and orchestration workflows natively utilizing AI Engineer frameworks on Claude to automate account briefs, objection preparation, content drafting, and named-account tracking.
• Marketing Data Architecture: Stand up, manage, and optimize a clean, centralized warehouse-backed data model using Snowflake , stitching disparate GTM data sources into a unified source of truth.
• Executive Performance Instrumentation: Build and maintain high-impact weekly telemetry dashboards, enabling the CEO, Head of Marketing, and Head of Sales to audit growth, loops, and pipeline velocities in under five minutes.
• Intelligence Stack Integration: Wire up, test, and synchronize our entire marketing stack across intelligence, automation, customer relationship management (CRM), and cloud analytics layers to fuel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) loops.
• Growth Team Force Multiplication: Empower embedded growth, product marketing, and community specialists by shipping the custom automated tools, data structures, and integrations they need to execute rapidly.
• Compliance & Observability Enforcement: Build all automation and analytics nodes safely within strict insurance carrier compliance norms, ensuring full observability into pipeline health indices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 6+ years of proven, professional history operating inside an AI Operations Engineer, Revenue Growth Developer, Marketing Data Architect, or closely related technical go-to-market engineering capacity.
• Expert Agentic Automation Command: Demonstrated history building and shipping production-grade LLM automations, prompt chains, or autonomous multi-step agent workflows rather than merely configuring basic prototypes.
• Extensive, hands-on production history integrating complex data layers, marketing automation APIs, and intelligence solutions into a single, coherent tech stack.
• Grounded command over database schemas, data quality principles, and data warehousing systems (explicitly Snowflake or matching cloud data lakes).
• Outstanding written and analytical communication strengths in English, with a proven history translating complex technological architectures or data sets into scannable reports for non-technical leadership cells.
• Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified growth engineering specialists residing permanently within the United States .
