Key Responsibilities
- Prepare metal parts for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, hanging)
- Operate powder coating spray equipment and curing ovens
- Apply powder coatings evenly according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality, thickness, color, and defects
- Recoat or touch up parts as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Follow safety procedures and proper handling of materials
- Meet production schedules and efficiency goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
