Pay & Benefits:

What You ll Do:
Provide anesthesia care for pediatric cardiac surgeries, including bypass and neonatal casesSupport cardiac OR, CCU, cath lab, and EP proceduresManage anesthesia for complex congenital heart cases, neonatal and infant cardiac surgeriesMaintain logs of cases performed over the past 12 months, with focus on bypass, neonatal, and neonatal surgeryCollaborate with the Core Cardiac Team on program development and process improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with hospital safety and quality standardsCover daytime M-F schedule, with occasional coverage for non-cardiac pediatric cases when available
What You Need:
Required:
Medical license in Washington State (or eligible for licensing)Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatric AnesthesiologySubstantial experience in pediatric cardiac anesthesia, neonatal heart surgery, or complex congenital casesCertifications in ACLS, PALS, and experience with neonatal and pediatric anesthesia
Preferred:
Fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia or equivalent subspecialtyRecent extensive neonatal and infant cardiac surgery exposureAbility to operate independently in a solo model environment
