Clinically, you’ll manage a full scope of skilled nursing work: wound care, medication management, IV therapy, and symptom management, paired with hands‑on patient and caregiver education. You’ll also lead care coordination, supervising LPNs/LVNs, home health aides, and other support staff as part of an interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, therapists, and social workers.
