Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient, which includes pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior plans. \n
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory documentation requirements by completing necessary paperwork promptly, while utilizing evidence-based screening tools supported by the clinical team. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans, facilitating enhanced treatment outcomes for our patients. \n
- Act as a vital liaison to state and community service organizations, fostering relationships that enhance our network and securing potential partnerships for growth. \n
- Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to our organizational reputation and compliance with state standards. \n
- Maintain exceptional communication with external partners and within our team to promote our mission and enhance service delivery. \n
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including conferences and training sessions, to enhance skills and knowledge within the mental health field. \n
- Contribute to the agency’s vision and demonstrate commitment to our mission, values, and principles through daily practices and collaborative efforts. \n
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations effectively. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required. \n
- Possession of an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is essential. \n
While we welcome candidates from various backgrounds, prior experience in outpatient mental health settings and familiarity with evidence-based practices are preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively are critical for success in this role.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe expected salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
