Customer Service Associate

Customer Service Team Lead Location: On-Site | Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | Compensation: Up to $85,000 base salary + bonus We are seeking a hands-on Customer Service Team Lead to oversee daily customer service operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role will lead a customer service team, manage order processing, resolve customer issues, and work closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure exceptional service and order accuracy. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support the customer service team. Oversee order entry, order management, returns, and customer inquiries. Serve as the escalation point for complex customer concerns. Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Maintain accurate customer and order information within ERP/CRM systems. Monitor service performance, track KPIs, and identify process improvements. Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of service satisfaction. Assist with onboarding and training of new team members. Qualifications 3+ years of customer service, order management, inside sales, or operations experience. Previous experience leading or mentoring a customer service team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Distribution, manufacturing, or chemical industry experience is a plus. What We're Looking For Customer-focused leader with strong attention to detail.
