Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) at Skilled Nursing Facility , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents. About the Role:

As a LNHA, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and services to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility, including staff management, budgeting, and facilities management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction

• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

• Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance the quality of care and patient outcomes

• Manage and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner

• Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Current LNHA certification

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or a related healthcare setting
