Triangle Family Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and proficiency with Dentrix dental software, ensuring smooth front-office operations. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in dental administration.

Dentrix

Open Dental

Proficiency in Dentrix dental software is required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional, courteous, and patient-centered demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Job Description

Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations with professionalism and care
Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently using Dentrix dental software
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately
Verify insurance eligibility and assist with insurance claims processing
Collect payments and manage daily financial transactions
Maintain organized patient records and ensure confidentiality compliance
Coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times and optimize clinic efficiency
Assist with general administrative duties including filing, faxing, and correspondence

Benefits

Jobley Bonus: $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
