Senior Exterior Sales Consultant

Are you an experienced exterior remodeling sales professional who knows how to close roofing, siding, and gutter sales? If so, this could be the change you're looking for.

Cousins Home Solutions is hiring a top-tier exterior sales rep who knows how to run appointments, handle objections, and close at a high level. This is not a training role. This is for experienced in-home sales professionals who expect to win - and get paid for it.

You will be walking into pre-qualified, pre-set appointments with decision-makers present. No cold calling. No chasing leads. Just run the appointment, build value, and close.

• Roofing (primary)
• Gutters (primary)
• Siding (cross‐sell / upsell)
• Windows (cross‐sell / upsell)
• Additional offerings: accessibility solutions, garage doors, HVAC, plumbing

Every appointment is an opportunity to stack revenue across multiple product lines. We are a sales organization backed by a strong support team that will clear the path for your success. We provide the structure, leads, and support—you bring the hunger and drive to maximize every appointment. You’ll receive full schedules, pre‐qualified leads, and appointments with all decision‐makers present.

Your focus is simple: deliver value, build trust, and close deals across multiple exterior product lines. With us, the primary objection to overcome is price, as we deliver strong value to homeowners seeking premium, low‐friction solutions.

What We Offer

• Uncapped earning potential: $150K–$300K+ annually (base + commission)
• Pre‐set, qualified appointments

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in exterior remodeling, including roofing, gutters, and siding
• Strong closing skills and ability to maximize each appointment - someone who knows how to control the appointment and handle price objections
• Someone who can run multiple appointments per day and stay sharp
• Strong work ethic with availability to work a six‐day schedule (Monday–Saturday)
• Ability to work within the Southeast Michigan territory (Michigan + Northern Ohio)
• Clean driving record and background
