Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager for apartment communities in Dorchester, MA. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, rent collection, work orders and turnovers, LIHTC compliance, and resident relations. Required are a High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years in property management, LIHTC recertification experience, and strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
