Construction Inspector - Fiber/Utility

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction and installation of outside plant facilities for telecommunications networks.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to OSHA safety standards, industry standards, and current network design.
- Work closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure that work meets standards and specifications.
- Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during construction.
- Ensure construction crews are clearly identified as contractors for client, including vest, ID Badges and vehicle magnets.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all construction activities.
- Provide regular progress reports to management and other stakeholders as required.
- Communicate with all peers and departments to ensure proper project planning.
Qualifications/Experience::
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in OSP construction and installation
- Knowledge of industry standards and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
