Responsibilities: • Connect with clients to identify protection needs and present life and supplemental benefit solutions • Build and manage a personal book of business across your assigned territory • Collaborate with a high-performance team dedicated to professional and financial growth • Participate in ongoing training, leadership development, and advancement opportunities • Represent the World Class standard in every client interaction — excellence is non-negotiable • Track personal production metrics and work toward weekly and monthly performance goals • Grow into leadership roles as the organization expands into new markets Qualifications: • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve financial independence and personal growth • Excellent communication skills — you connect with people naturally and build trust quickly • Highly coachable with a competitive mindset and team-first mentality • Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently in a remote-friendly environment • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is a plus — not required • Licensed in life and health insurance or willing to obtain licensure upon hire • A track record of following through — on goals, on commitments, on yourself Compensation: $55,000+
